AquaFast

63–450 mm pipe OD

Mechanical couplings and flange adaptors designed to simplify polyethylene pipe connections, with PVC compatibility in the 63–315 mm range.

No internal support liner required for the specified applications.
A metal-to-metal stop gives a visual indication of correct bolt-up.
Pre-assembled fittings support installation without fusion equipment.

Selection notes

63–315 mm: specified PE and metric PVC applications. 355–450 mm: PE applications. Confirm the applicable pipe material, SDR and pressure rating for each fitting.

MaxiFit is not end-load restrained. Provide suitable external restraint. Use on PE is limited to specific short repair sections with close-fit support liners; it is not for joining long PE pipe lengths.

Dedicated couplings and flange adaptors for projects where pipe dimensions, materials and operating requirements are known in advance.

Standard and bespoke fittings for standard or nonstandard pipe diameters.

Flange drilling and product configuration can be specified for the project.

Selection notes

Specify the actual pipe OD, material, working pressure and flange standard. Confirm the required anchorage or harnessing arrangement; flexible couplings are not inherently end-load restrained.

Flanged equipment & maintenance access

Dismantling Joints

DN40–DN4000

Double-flanged fittings that provide length adjustment during installation and facilitate the removal of valves, pumps and meters for maintenance.

Longitudinal adjustment helps equipment fit within the available pipework space.
Supplied tie bars lock the fitting at the required installed length.
A fully end-load-resistant assembly when correctly specified and installed.

Selection notes

Confirm flange drilling, pressure rating, overall length, required adjustment and tie-bar arrangement. This is an adjustable installation fitting, not a joint for continuous movement in service.
